Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Trucker Hat Bar! We're excited to help you create custom trucker hats for your event or gathering. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review our policy details below. ooking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All payments can be made online or in person. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your date as soon as possible. Refunds & Rescheduling: Due to the custom nature of our services and the materials that are purchased and prepared specifically for your event, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that plans can change, so we are happy to work with you to reschedule your Trucker Hat Bar for a different date, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your original event date. Please note that if you need to cancel your event entirely, cost of materials purchased for your event are non-refundable. Materials & Preparation: As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will begin sourcing and preparing the materials for your custom trucker hats. We will work diligently to ensure that all materials are ready and waiting for you and your guests on the day of your event. We take great pride in providing a seamless and stress-free experience, so you can focus on enjoying the festivities. Event Day: On the day of your Trucker Hat Bar, our experienced staff will be on-site to guide you and your guests through the custom hat-making process. We'll provide all the necessary tools and supplies, as well as helpful instruction to ensure everyone creates their perfect trucker hat. To help make your Trucker Hat Bar event even more enjoyable, we welcome you and your guests to bring your own snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and even alcoholic drinks.
